Kirsty Hawkshaw is also very much into the raw food way of living; she discovered raw foods in the late 80's and used to call it "Techno food" because it gave her so much energy and endurance. Promoters would often be baffled by the demand for raw vegetables and fruit when on tour with Opus 3 in the early 90's, after being used to getting demands for copious amounts of alcohol, drugs and red carpets.

Never the typical Diva, Kirsty has always promoted good and positive energy with healing on her path of conscious living, especially knowing that the kids are watching.
